MSD® (ECLA) for Protein Multiplex Analysis
Equipped with MESO Quickplex SQ 120 Meso Scale Discovery, Kymos offers protein biomarker analysis using multiplex immunoassays based on electrochemiluminescence (ECLA).
- Single or multiplex assays with up to 10 analytes for well. Save time and resources with simultaneous determination of proteins.
- Higher sensitivity than ELISA with the lower limit of detection (LLOD) in fg/mL and broad dynamic range (4-5 logs).

- V-PLEX: Pre-validated single and multiplex assays

Luminex® Multiplexing Technology for Biomarkers
Luminex xMAP® technology is a bead-based immunoassay that gives the advantage of simultaneously detecting and quantifying several analytes in a single well by multiplexing.
- Single or multiplex assays adapted and customized to each study’s specific needs with comparable accuracy and sensitivity as ELISA.
- Up to 80 analytes in a single well and an enhanced dynamic range of up to 5.5 logs.
- Low volume of sample needed, with less than 25 uL.
