We are an ever-growing team of highly qualified chemistry, pharmacy, biology and biopharmaceutical experts with over 20 years of experience in bioanalysis and quality control. From our foundation we were clients before becoming service providers and as such we understand our clients’ needs far beyond the service we deliver: expert problem solving, robust method development, regular client communications, accountability for deadlines and a wealth of historical know-how by being exposed to so many clients, compounds, and therapeutic areas which enables us not only to address but also anticipate potential problems at later stages of the process. Aiming for a true relationship between equals, we serve as an extension to our customers’ teams. We speak the same language. Kymos is made up of three European sites with 15 laboratory departments, 170 highly trained experts and 5,000 m2 worth of facilities and top-of-the-line instruments. In addition to our teams in charge of Logistics, Finances, LIMS, Marketing and Sales, Maintenance, HR and IT, the company is structured in the following operational groups:
