Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of KYMOS is formed by prominent members of the biopharmaceutical industry but not only, with a relevant track record in their respective fields. The Board has established quarterly ordinary meetings, plus extraordinary meetings, where management is usually represented by the C-levels (CEO, Site General Managers and CFO) as Coopted members. The Board regularly contributes to the strategic planning and governance of the company, upholding Kymos’ commitment to diversification, internationalization, and innovation: The three pillars of our business.
