Cette technique repose sur la migration des prot\u00e9ines sous l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;un champ \u00e9lectrique, en fonction de leur mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrophor\u00e9tique. Selon le type d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se, diff\u00e9rents attributs de qualit\u00e9 de la prot\u00e9ine peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s. La sensibilit\u00e9, la robustesse et le d\u00e9bit d\u00e9pendent du format utilis\u00e9&nbsp;; les formats classiques \u00e0 gel plat\/vertical sont progressivement remplac\u00e9s par les formats capillaires plus r\u00e9cents, en raison de leurs avantages intrins\u00e8ques. Les analyses \u00e9lectrophor\u00e9tiques, sous diff\u00e9rents types et formats, sont actuellement incluses comme m\u00e9thode de contr\u00f4le dans les certificats d&rsquo;analyse pour les tests par lots de prot\u00e9ines th\u00e9rapeutiques.      <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"blog-content\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De nombreuses prot\u00e9ines telles que les cytokines, les facteurs sanguins, les hormones, les anticorps monoclonaux (mAbs) et les prot\u00e9ines de fusion sont test\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de diff\u00e9rentes techniques d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se comme outil pour identifier et tester leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Selon les principes appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la technique, on peut distinguer plusieurs types d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">SDS-PAGE ( <b>\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se<\/b> <b>sur<\/b> gel de <b>polyacrylamide<\/b> <b>en pr\u00e9sence de<\/b> <b>dod\u00e9cylsulfate<\/b> <b>de<\/b> <b>sodium<\/b> ) : elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sous forme de gel plat ou vertical et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines en fonction de leur poids mol\u00e9culaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">PAGE ( <b>\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se<\/b> <b>sur<\/b> <b>gel<\/b> de <b>polyacrylamide<\/b> ) : elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sous forme de gel plat ou vertical et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines en fonction de leurs charges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">IEF ( <b>focalisation<\/b> <b>iso\u00e9lectrique<\/b> ) : elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur gel plat ou vertical et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines en <b>fonction<\/b> de leurs points iso\u00e9lectriques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&rsquo; <b>\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se<\/b> <b>capillaire<\/b> en pr\u00e9sence <b>de<\/b> <b>dod\u00e9cylsulfate de<\/b> <b>sodium<\/b> (CE-SDS) est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par \u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se capillaire et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines en fonction de leur masse mol\u00e9culaire. Cette technique pr\u00e9sente une sensibilit\u00e9, un d\u00e9bit et une reproductibilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se SDS-PAGE classique. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&rsquo; <strong>\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se<\/strong> <b>capillaire<\/b> <b>de<\/b> zone (CZE) est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se capillaire et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines en fonction de leur mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrophor\u00e9tique. Cette technique pr\u00e9sente une sensibilit\u00e9, un d\u00e9bit et une reproductibilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se sur gel de polyacrylamide (PAGE) classique. De plus, elle poss\u00e8de un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications, l&rsquo;analyse des glycanes \u00e9tant l&rsquo;une des principales applications dans la caract\u00e9risation des anticorps monoclonaux (AcM).  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">cIEF ( <b>focalisation<\/b> <b>iso\u00e9lectrique<\/b> <b>capillaire<\/b> )&nbsp;: cette technique utilise l\u2019\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se capillaire et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines selon leur point iso\u00e9lectrique. Elle offre une meilleure sensibilit\u00e9, un d\u00e9bit plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une <b>meilleure<\/b> reproductibilit\u00e9 que l\u2019IEF classique. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">icIEF ( <b>imagerie<\/b> <b>par<\/b> focalisation <b>iso\u00e9lectrique<\/b> <b>capillaire<\/b> )&nbsp;: cette technique utilise l\u2019\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se capillaire et permet de s\u00e9parer les prot\u00e9ines selon leur point iso\u00e9lectrique. Similaire \u00e0 la cIEF <b>,<\/b> elle offre cependant un meilleur d\u00e9bit. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Toutes ces techniques \u00e9lectrophor\u00e9tiques sont
