Sie basiert auf der Wanderung der Proteine unter einem elektrischen Feld entsprechend ihrer elektrophoretischen Mobilit\u00e4t. Je nach Elektrophoresetyp lassen sich unterschiedliche Qualit\u00e4tsmerkmale des Proteins messen. Sensitivit\u00e4t, Robustheit und Durchsatz h\u00e4ngen vom verwendeten Format ab. Klassische Flach- und Vertikalgele wurden aufgrund ihrer Vorteile zunehmend durch moderne Kapillargele ersetzt. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine h\u00f6here Sensitivit\u00e4t, einen h\u00f6heren Durchsatz und <b>eine<\/b> bessere Reproduzierbarkeit als die klassische SDS-PAGE <b>aus<\/b> . <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">CZE ( <b>Kapillarzonenelektrophorese<\/b> ): Diese Methode nutzt die <b>Kapillarelektrophorese<\/b> und erm\u00f6glicht die Trennung von Proteinen anhand ihrer elektrostatischen Mobilit\u00e4t. Im Vergleich zur klassischen PAGE bietet sie eine h\u00f6here Sensitivit\u00e4t, einen h\u00f6heren Durchsatz und <strong>eine<\/strong> bessere Reproduzierbarkeit. Dar\u00fcber hinaus findet sie breite Anwendung, wobei die Glykananalyse eine der Hauptanwendungen bei der Charakterisierung monoklonaler Antik\u00f6rper (mAbs) darstellt.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">cIEF ( <b>Kapillar<\/b> <b>&#8211;<\/b> <b>Isoelektrische<\/b> <b>Fokussierung<\/b> ): Diese Methode nutzt die Kapillarelektrophorese und erm\u00f6glicht die Trennung von Proteinen anhand ihrer isoelektrischen Punkte. Im Vergleich zur klassischen IEF bietet sie eine h\u00f6here Sensitivit\u00e4t, einen besseren Durchsatz und eine h\u00f6here Reproduzierbarkeit. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">icIEF ( <b>Bildgebung<\/b> <b>der Kapillar<\/b> <b>&#8211;<\/b> <b>Isoelektrischen<\/b> <b>Fokussierung<\/b> ): Diese Technik basiert auf der Kapillarelektrophorese und erm\u00f6glicht die Trennung von Proteinen anhand ihrer isoelektrischen Punkte. Sie \u00e4hnelt der cIEF, bietet jedoch einen h\u00f6heren Durchsatz. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Alle diese elektrophoretischen Techniken stehen bei Kymos mit
